Our electronic service ordering system is currently under
redevelopment
We are currently working on a brand-new automated order and
provisioning system for the Webvault Cloud and hosted services
platform. In the interim to order a new service, modify and
existing service or to establish a new client account please
contact our sales team with your requirements. The relevant

New Customers
To setup a new customer account we will require the following
information which you can include on your initial email to us.
· Company Name & Contact Person
· Phone Number & Email Address
· Postal Address
· The List of Service Details
- Including your Internet Domain Names (If Applicable)
- Email Mailbox Accounts Required (If Applicable)
- Server Specifications or Hosting Requirements (If
Applicable)
- Domain Name Registrar Login Details (If Applicable)
Prospective Customers
If you are unsure of your exact requirements, please contact our
team to discuss. We can also arrange an appointment
with one of our representatives to discuss the best solution for
your business. Server hosting or colocation customers
are welcome to contact us to arrange an appointment to visit our
Internet Data Centre Facilities.
Existing Customers
If you are an existing customer and wish to activate or modify a

Provisioning Times
The time to provision your new service will depend on the actual
service required. Below is an estimation of the average times
for some of our services setup by our provisioning team.
Business Website Hosting: 24-48 Hours
Microsoft Exchange: 24-48 Hours
WebDrive ® File Sharing: 24-48 Hours
Cloud Servers: 48-72 Hours *
Domain Registration: 2-4 Hours
*Note that some cloud servers can take much longer, depending on
the software installed and the level of configuration
required
*Provisioning times are estimates only and are based on having all
required information (Eg. Registrar Login Details) to transfer and
commission the relevant service.
*Estimates do not include any assistance with configuration or on
or off-site labour required to commission the service at the
client-end or on client equipment.
